Unit-holders' meeting 7 July 2020 – proposed amendments to Article of Association



The management company proposes amendments to the Article of Association of Storebrand AksjeSpar and Storebrand Kombinasjon and therefore holds a unit-holders' meeting on 7 July.

Below you will find information in more detail, as well as voting slip to cast your advance vote (pre-vote). Suggested new Article of Associations and markup versions of the existing Article of Associations are available in Norwegian only, and can be found here

Unit-holders do not need to take any action, but we encourage all unit-holders to exercise their voting rights.
