Help with logging in
Norwegian national identity number
- Private customers: Please use your Norwegian national identity number, 11 digits.
- Corporate customers: Please use "00" + Business Register Number, altogether 11 digits.
Banking customers
Bank account, direct debit card, credit card or mortgage in Storebrand.
You may have other contracts with Storebrand as well, but if you have contracts with Storebrand Bank you should log in using:
- Internet bank password and code unit or
- BankID and code unit
Internet bank password and code device
All new bank customers receive a password and code device from Storebrand Bank. The first time you log in, you are asked to change your password.
Forgotten your password?
You can reach us at 915 08880. If you have registered your e-mail address and/or mobile phone number in the internet bank, we will send you a new password by either e-mail or as a text message.
BankID and code device
- You can use BankID from another bank as long as both the BankID and the code unit are issued by the same bank.
- You can enter / sign new contracts with Storebrand with your BankID.
Useful password principles
- Memorize your password and do not share it with anyone.
- Change your password periodically.
- Do not use a password that is easy to guess. Examples: part of your name, birth date, phone number, pet name, street address, city, and so on.
- Always log out when you are finished.
Other customers
The following is relevant if you only have the following products in Storebrand: pension, fund savings, car insurance, disability insurance or other insurance.
As long as you do not have any bank contracts, please use the login procedure as described below.
- Personal password, or
- BankID and code unit from another bank
