Zoom Webinar Q&A – Practical information

 

Joining the webinar

You can join from:

- a computer: The desktop app is recommended. Alternatively, you can join from a browser. You need to use an updated version of Google Chrome, Apple Safari, Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge.

- a smartphone (Zoom app),

- or dial in from a phone. This is not recommended, but if you do use this option, we would appreciate if you send an email to IR@storebrand.no notifying what number you are calling from before the Q&A starts, so that we can identify you for the Q&A.

Only Storebrand will be able to see that you are participating, and you cannot see who else is participating.

 

Video

Your video will always be disabled, even when asking questions. Only Storebrand will be shown on video.

 

Microphone

You will be muted until the moderator allows you to talk. At this point, you will be prompted to unmute through a pop-up window. Make sure you have a working microphone, or preferably a headset. Afterwards, the moderator will mute you again.

If you are dialing in from a phone, press *6 when asked to do so to unmute yourself.

 

Asking questions

The Q&A session will start after the presentations.

To ask a question, you can either use the "raise hand" button or use the "Q&A" button to type a question. When raising your hand, you will be placed in queue to talk.

If you use the Q&A function to type a question, it will be moderated by Storebrand. You may submit questions at any time, even before the Q&A session starts.

If you are dialing in from a phone, press *9 to be placed in queue to talk. We would appreciate if you send an email to IR@storebrand.no notifying what number you are calling from before the Q&A starts, so that we can identify you for the Q&A.

 

Assistance

A chat button is provided where you can ask technical questions to Storebrand only (labelled host and panelists). This is not to be used for questions to the management team.
