Storebrand has a licence to process personal data and processes all data in compliance with the Norwegian Personal Data Act. The data are gathered from customers themselves or their representatives, public registers and credit information registers. Registration is carried out so that Storebrand can provide its services to its customers and give advice on and market its own products.

Storebrand is subject to a duty of confidentiality regarding customer data. However, customer data may be given to a third party with the consent of the customer as well as in those cases where Storebrand is obliged by law to hand over such data.

1.1 Liability in the case of errors, omissions and inaccessibility

Storebrand believes the information on its webpages to be reliable but can nevertheless not guarantee that the information is at all times correct, complete or accessible.
