On 3 September 2007, Storebrand entered into an agreement with Svenska Handelsbanken for the acquisition of its subsidiary, the life insurance and pension provider SPP and certain other entities. On 24 October an Extraordinary General Meeting considered the proposed rights issue to part-finance the purchase price. Attached is the presentation held at the EGM. Reference is made to stock exchange notification 9 October.
